Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and phone number.
  • Uploaded content: documents, images, and associated metadata.
  • Usage data: device info, IP address, and activity logs.

How we use information

  • Provide document storage, search, and AI-based insights.
  • Transactional emails only (OTP, verification, password reset, security alerts).
  • Improve product reliability and detect abuse.

Email communications

  • Email is required for account verification and login security.
  • Verification emails are sent only after explicit user action.
  • Verification codes expire automatically.
  • Resend throttling and per-user/device/IP rate limits are applied.
  • No newsletters or promotional/marketing emails.

Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.

  • AWS services: S3, RDS, SES, and KMS.
  • Transactional email scope: OTP, verification, reset, and security alerts.

Compliance posture

Docnizer follows GDPR-aligned privacy principles. Formal certifications are published separately when completed.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers or when legally required.
