Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

User content

You retain ownership of your documents. You grant Docnizer a limited license to store, process, organize, search, and summarize content only to provide and improve the service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use the service to distribute spam or malware.
  • You may not use Docnizer to send unsolicited or bulk email.
  • Do not use Docnizer to process documents you do not have the right to upload or manage.

AI outputs

AI-generated summaries, categories, reminders, and extractions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important details with the original document.

Service availability

We work to keep Docnizer reliable, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable at times. Do not rely on Docnizer as the only copy of critical documents.

Termination & limits

Access may be suspended or terminated for security, abuse, legal, or policy reasons. The service is provided "as is" within legal limits.

Privacy and security

Use of Docnizer is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Security overview. These explain how data is collected, used, protected, and deleted.
